Jacksonville, Florida - Sanitas USA, a leading national healthcare provider organization, launched a new digital service in partnership with healthcare technology company, Vim, and value-based care technology and engagement company, Lucerna Health, to offer a best-in-class digital search and appointment booking experience to its patients. Sanitas deployed this innovative solution to make it easier for patients to schedule online visits, and improve engagement and healthcare outcomes. In addition, Sanitas is taking advantage of the resulting improvement in operational efficiency by deploying the technology to its call center staff for assisted bookings.

Sanitas patients can schedule appointments with hundreds of Sanitas providers across Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Connecticut and Tennessee. They can search for providers based on location, gender, preferred language, and telehealth capability. Booking is available 24/7, and more than 25% of online bookings to date have been made outside of regular business hours.
